Testing your interventions, is as easy as 1-2-3. One, let us identify a sample population of users and their friends to test an intervention on. Two, name your test groups and select interventions for each group. Three, set the date to start the interventions.
You set the thresholds for what you consider "at risk" and want to test a retention intervention on. We'll locate the users who fit and sample from them depending on your choices below.
Decide how many interventions you want and what you'll call them. We'll sample your social networks and derive them. Consider having a group with no intervention--the classic "control group" for comparison later.
Step 1 in trying to leverage your influencers is finding them. We'll do that, and track their friends as well through a special networks form of sampling.
When you like your selections, pick the start date of the test. When you Export, we'll send you the list of users, along with their testing group name. You then roll out the different interventions and we will track the results as they do (or don't) spread across friendship networks.
